The olive oil with a unique color & taste!
It takes 8 kilograms of early olives to make one liter of this fresh and strong olive oil, with a subtly velvety taste in the mouth.
Extraverte is an explosion of grassy flavors on the palate and a genuine bouquet of fresh cut grass. The olives, which are still very green, are carefully selected, picked by hand before being pressed less than 6 hours after harvesting.
With a high polyphenols concentration (729mg/kg at the bottling process), the Extraverte has exceptional nutritional properties!

From Sabor d'Oro, this family estate is located near Baeza in the Jaen region, by the Guadalquivir river. The know how and the passion for this olive oil is a legacy for each generation of the Yera family. A real extract of freshly cut grass, due to an early olive harvest, to best catch the vegetal notes of olive fruit that is still green.
