Since his childhood, Giuseppe has been immersed in the world of Olive Oil with memories of accompanying his grandfather during the harvests. His grandfather passed on his passion and respect for the land, values that Giuseppe takes great pride in keeping to. 

Today the Su Molinu Oleificio estate covers more than 20 hectares. With over 6,000 trees all aged between 30 - 100 years, each and every one is treated with complete respect and care.
