The original ingredients of pesto, such as basil and Pecorino cheese, are magnified by the delicate and perfumed flavors of truffle. The result is a refined pesto that enhances all dishes.The secret of the chef: use it raw, directly after cooking by adding a small spoon of cooking water to emulsify the pesto.

Sunflower seed oil, Italian basil 36%, cashews, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle 2% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, Pecorino Romano cheese PDO 0.6% (sheep milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, garlic, flavor, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid.
