Made in Modica, Sicily, in the Ragusa region, according to an ancestral recipe inherited from the Aztecs.

Compared to classic chocolate, this chocolate has a grainy texture and an intense chocolate taste.  Made from cocoa beans and cane sugar, the paste is worked cold (40°max), so that the small sugar crystals remain in the spread and melt in the mouth.

An authentic taste and the preserved fragrance of cocoa.

With toasts or brioche for breakfast, on pancakes or as a filling for Christmas cakes and pastries
