Holiday Olive Oil Sabino Leone
Crushed on the day of harvest, Coratina olives produce a creamy and velvety oil with a very balanced taste. This organic olive oil has a nose of tomato leaves and is slightly spicy on the palate. It is ideal for spicing up even the simplest of dishes, whether raw or slow-cooked.
With a light amber color, the white condiment is obtained from a mixture of grape must and high-quality white wine vinegar. Its high concentration of grape must give it a honeyed and sweet note on the palate - without added aromas - and offers a sweet alternative to white wine vinegar, thanks to its low acidity. Both fruity and flowery, it offers a harmonious sweet and sour combination that works beautifully in salad dressings.
