- Palekastro Grand Cru Olive Oil, the nectar of Greece: Oliviers&Co has selected for the 3rd consecutive year this small batch of Greek olive oil produced in the charming little village of Palekastro in Greece. This monovarietal olive oil is obtained from very aromatic Koroneiki olives harvested half purple, half green. This sweet and fruity olive oil reveals subtle aromas of cooked apple and delicious notes of dried herbs.
