13 Provencal desserts

In Provence, Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without the magic of the 13 desserts. This ritual, deeply rooted in southern traditions, has its origins in Catholicism and local folklore: the thirteen desserts represent Jesus and the twelve apostles at the Last Supper. They symbolize abundance, sharing, and the joy of gathering around the table.

At Oliviers&Co, we celebrate this heritage with a modern twist, offering sweet creations inspired by the Mediterranean and the authentic flavors of Provence.

A convivial and generous tradition

Each Provençal family composes its tray according to its tastes and history: dried fruit, fruit jellies, nougat, calissons, and chocolate come together to create a unique moment of sharing. Perhaps you are already familiar with some of our specialties... or your future favorites!

Oliviers&Co sweets awaken the senses and take you on a journey between Provençal traditions and original gourmet creations. Each dessert can evoke memories of holidays on the Mediterranean coast or reawaken a recipe dear to your palate.
