1 tbsp Oliviers&Co Ginger and Honey Vinegar

2 tsp Oliviers&Co Lemon & Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Oliviers&Co Salt & Herbs Mix for Fish

Seasonal Vegetables

Fish: Salmon, Cod,...fillet

Directions
Place the fish over a sheet or parchment paper. Add your favorite seasonal vegetables. Sprinkle some Salt & Hebrs Mix for Fish. Drizzle Lemon & Olive Oil and Ginger & Honey Vinegar Fold the parchment paper, tie the open ends and bake at 400 F for 40 minutes.
