5/6 Oliviers&Co Sundried Tomatoes

1 tbsp Oliviers&Co Garlic and Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Oliviers&Co Premium Balsamic Vinegar from Modena

2 tbsp Oliviers&Co Pesto alla Genovese

Cherry tomaotes, Bread, Parmesan

Toast the bread. Pour some garlic oil over your bread. Spread over some pesto. Top with Aragula, dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and flaked parmesan. Finish with Balsamic Vinegar.
