Deviled Eggs with Truffle

Enjoy this decadent twist on a classic Deviled Eggs recipe. Oliviers&Co's White Truffle Oil and White Truffle Salt add a magical touch... You should probably double the recipe as you will see how quickly they disappear from the table!
All ingredients

1/2 tsp. Oliviers&Co White Truffle Salt

1 tsp. Oliviers&Co Herbes de Provence

1/2 tsp. Oliviers&Co White Truffle Oil

7-8 eggs, hard boiled and peeled

2-3 tbsp. Mayonnaise

1/4 tsp. mustard

Powder Paprika for garnish


Place eggs in pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until eggs are hard boiled, 10-15 minutes.

Half the eggs lengthwise and transfer yolks to a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mustard powder, Oliviers&Co Herbes de Provence, Oliviers&Co White Truffle Oil, Oliviers&Co White Truffle Salt, and pepper to taste.

Mash with a fork until smooth.

Spoon mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika for color and an extra drop of truffle oil to finish. Serve chilled.
