Frisee Salad with Pecans & Cranberries

Enjoy this delicious side dish as a perfect meal.
All ingredients

1 tsp Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue

3 tbsp. Oliviers&Co Organic Olive Oil

1 tbsp. Oliviers&Co Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

4 cups baby frisee or spring mix

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup good blue cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup toasted pecans

Freshly ground pepper

Directions

Toss frisee with olive oil. Divide greens into 2 medium or 4 small salad plates.


Evenly divide cranberries, blue cheese and pecans and sprinkle on top of greens.


Drizzle with Premium Balsamic and serve.
