Grilled Ribs with Ginger & Garlic Marinade

These grilled babyback ribs are delicious and easy to make. Our Ginger & Garlic Sauce makes for a surprisingly perfect match with our Hickory Smoked Sauce. It can either be cooked in an oven or grilled on your BBQ.

Oliviers&Co Garlic Olive Oil

3 tbsp Oliviers&Co Everyday Olive Oil

Barbecue sauce

2 racks of babyback ribs


Freshly ground pepper


The day before, marinate the ribs in the Ginger Olive Oil & Garlic Oil.

When ready to cook, place the ribs on a barbecue grill over medium heat or in a 350°F preheated oven. Cook for about 40 minutes, turning them frequently to avoid burning.

When the ribs are golden and cooked, arrange on a platter and serve with the barbecue sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.
