1 tbsp Oliviers& Co Salt from Camargue
2 tbsp of Oliviers&Co Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12 fl oz of warm water
1/4 oz dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
12 oz all-purpose flour
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees with a dutch oven inside. In a bowl, add the yeast and the sugar and then mix them the warm water.
Add 2 tbsp of Oliviers&Co Everyday Olive Oil and 1 tbsp of Oliviers&Co Salt of Camargue, and mix. Add the flour litlle by litlle and knead the dough until it feels smooth. Cover ingredients with a cloth and let it sit for at leat 1.5 hours to rise.
To bake, roll a handfull in your hands and cover the outside with flour to avoid sticking. Make a knot, pulling each corner in towards the middle. Allow bread to bake for 35 minutes in the pre-heated ducth oven - 450 degrees Take the lid off and finish baking for 5 minutes or until nicely browned on top. Serve with a side of Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a delicous appetizer or side dish
