Oliviers&Co Summer Truffle in Olive Oil
1 lb. Unsalted Butter, Softened
In a small bowl, mix together the butter and 1 tsp. truffle oil. Taste and add more oil, 1 tsp. at a time, according to intensity desired, up to about 3 tsp.
Add Sel de Camargue to taste.
If adding summer truffles, chop 2-3 slices finely and add to mixture at this time.
Spoon butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap and form into a log, about 1 inch thick. Wrap log tightly and place in the fridge, until ready to use.
