Hummus Chickpeas and Avocado

Hummus is THE perfect Meditarrenan appetizer consisting of grilled smashed chickpeas with Olive Oil, here twisted with Avocados and Tomato Powder. Enjoy with Friends and Family.
All ingredients
2 tbsp of Oliviers&Co Summer Olive Oil Oliviers&Co - Tomato Powder -Oliviers&Co Ciappine with olives - Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue - chickpeas (1 lb) - 2 ripe avocados - 1 garlic clove - Lemon juice (1 lemon) - Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Peel and pit the avocados, cover lightly with lemon juice, put them in a blender bowl with the chickpeas (set about twenty aside) and their water, lemon juice, 2 tbsp. of organic Summer Penarrubia Olive Oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend, adjust the seasoning if necessary. Set aside in a bowl in the fridge. Meanwhile, grill the rest of the chickpeas in a baking dish for 30 min at 220°C or until they’re completely crisp. Pour them over the hummus, cover with a drizzle of Monva olive oil sprinkle some Tomato Powder and serve with mini ciappine and crudités for dipping (carrots, cucumbers, etc.)
