Mint Chocolate Chip Brownies

These delightful brownies are the tasty treat you deserve.This treats are refreshing and the perfect pick for a choco snack.
All ingredients

1/3 cup Oliviers&Co Mint Olive Oil

¼ tsp Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue

4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¾ cup sugar

½ cup sifted all purpose flour

2/3 cup semi sweet or dark chocolate bits

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Next, spray 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray.


Melt the bittersweet chocolate in microwave or in top of a double boiler. Then whisk in Oliviers&Co Mint Olive Oil and set aside to cool.


Beat eggs and sugar in mixing bowl, using electric mixer, on high for 5 minutes. Beat in vanilla and Salt from Camargue. Fold in chocolate, mix well, add flour and mix well again. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into prepared pan.


Finally, bake for 20-25 minutes until top is dry, shiny and slightly crackled.

Cool completely and cut into squares. Enjoy!
