Mixed Green Salad with Lemon Dressing

All ingredients

1 tbsp Oliviers&Co White Balsamic Vinegar

2 tbsp Oliviers&Co Lemon & Olive Oil

2 tbsp Oliviers&Co grassy Olive Oil

Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue to taste

5 oz romaine lettuce

3 oz watercress

4 oz arugula

1 tbsp. minced shallot

1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil

1 tsp. lemon zest

3 tsp. lemon juice

Black Pepper


Rinse the different kinds of lettuce and set them aside in the fridge.

Mix together the shallot, the mustard, the basil, the lemon zest, the lemon juice and the vinegar in a small salad bowl.

Mix both olive oils in a bowl; slowly add oil to vinegar mixture, whisking to create an emulsified vinaigrette.

Season generously with salt and pepper. Add lettuce and blend gently to coat. Garnish with lemon zest.
