Oliviers&Co Grapefruit Vinegar

Oliviers&Co Organic Olive & Fresh Orange Olive Oil

Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue

4 yellow or white peaches

2 sweet and fragrant melons

1 tbsp. of lavender honey

200 g of “brousse d’été” cheese (white and lumpy whey cheese)

Drained juice of half a lemon

A few mint leaves

Cut the melon and nectarine pulp into strips and place them onto six small plates. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and 2 tbsp. of the Grapefruit Vinegar with the honey, add 4 tbsp. of Olive & Orange Organic Olive Oil and a pinch of Salt from Camargue. Arrange the drained and crumbled brousse on the plates, pour the sauce over and sprinkle with chopped mint.
