Peas Soup

A recipe for cold days to stay warm with greens.
All ingredients

2 tbsp Oliviers&Co Everyday Olive Oil

1 tbsp Oliviers&Co Lemon Oil

1 tbsp Oliviers&Co Grapefruit Vinegar

Oliviers&Co Herbs & Salt Mix for Pasta and Salad (and soups!)

4 shallots

1 pound or 1.5 pounds frozen peas

25 fl oz vegetable broth

Pour 2 tablespoons of Everyday Olive Oil into a saucepan. Cut 4 shallots into small pieces, add the frozen peas and fry for 10 minutes. Add a pinch of mix salt and pepper mix. Add 25 fl oz of vegetable broth into the pot. Let it simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat. Use immersion blender to run it smoothly. Finish with Oliviers&Co Lemon Olive Oil and Grapefruit Vinegar.
