Pesto Pasta with Olive Oil & Basil

Our Pesto Pasta recipe is an excellent dinner dish. The pesto flavor mixed with delicious vegetables infuses it with the perfect flavor. The drizzle of Olive & Basil Oil is the perfect addition of flavor.
All ingredients

Oliviers&Co Basil & Olive Oil

2 tbsp Oliviers&Co Salt & Herbs Mix for Pasta and Salad

Pasta of your choice

Zucchini, cubed 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp freshly chopped basil

Red Bell pepper, slivered

Sliced mushrooms

2 tbsp grated cheese (manchego, parmesan, or any hard cheese)

1 tbsp pine nuts

Directions

Prepare Pasta according to directions.


Sauté vegetables in 1 tbsp of Basil & Olive Oil. When onion is golden, toss in one to 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil.


Toss sautéed vegetables and pasta with a heaping tbsp of pine nuts, 2 tbsp grated cheese (parmesan or any hard cheese) and 2 tbsp of Salt & Herbs Mix for Pasta and Salad. Drizzle with Olive & Basil Olive Oil.
