Rack of Lamb

A perfect & elegant dinner for any occasion. A delicious oven-roasted rack of lamb seasoned with fine garlic & herbs that is smothered in olive oil.
All ingredients

2 tbsp Oliviers&Co Salt & Herb Mix for Meat

1 tbsp O&Co White Wine Vinegar With Fresh Garlic

2 tbsp Oliviers&Co Everyday Olive Oil

1 ½ - 2 lb. rack of lamb

2 tbsp. chopped fine garlic


Combine Everyday Olive Oil, Salt & Herbs Mix for Meat, White Wine Vinegar With Fresh Garlic & garlic and mash together into a paste. Spread all over the rack of lamb.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Heat oven safe pan with a little bit of Oliviers&Co Everyday Olive Oil.

Place rack of lamb in pan & sear each side for 2-3 minutes. Place in 350 degree oven & cook for about 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer registers 130 degrees. Let rest 10 minutes, slice & serve.
