A perfect collection to refine any dish, from appetizer to dessert!  This new vinegar sweetness is elaborated in partnership with Frédéric Chaix, our master vinegar maker, according to an exceptional know-how. A perfectly controlled maceration of the ingredients and the vinegar, followed by a light filtration, allows to reveal the flavours without degrading them.
