Salmon

Fresh lime, Salt & Pepper, Wasabi, Ground Ginger

Directions
Cut salmon into thin slices & place on a flat dish. Mix vinegar, mint oil, salt & pepper and allow to stand for a short time. Then drizzle mixture over Salmon. Squeeze fresh lime juice directly over Salmon to taste. Depending on the type of sashimi, a little bit of wasabi or ground ginger may be added. To eat dab the wasabi or ginger directly onto the pieces of sashimi. Serve & enjoy this light & healthy meal.
