Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality and craftmanship of our products and you can be assure we are doing more than our best to offer you the best service. The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered as soon as the package is handed over to him.

 

Shipping errors or damaged products

If the package is damaged or shows any trace of breakage, leakage or other problem detectable without opening the package, it must be refused to the carrier on delivery.

Please contact us by email customerservice@oliviersandco.com at the same time, in order to reship the goods as soon as possible - usually when the goods have been returned to the warehouse.

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged product not detectable at the time of receipt of the package: your claim must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the package to our Customer Service Department: customerservice@oliviersandco.com. You should absolutely indicate us: email used for your order + Order Id and pictures of the damaged goods.

After you returning the products, we will gladly accomodate you the best we can. 

It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to provide Oliviers&Co with any necessary justification for his/her complaint.

 

Return policy

Unopened and undamaged merchandise (except above) can be returned for credit or an exchange, very exceptionnally for a refund, within the 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, only credits and exchanges will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days after the purchase.  

An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns.

Oliviers&CO returns with a gift receipt will be exhanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value at the time of purchase to be redeemed exclusively on Oliviersandco.com. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, Oliviers&Co reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and Handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unlesse we made a shipping error.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

 

Oliviers&Co items purchased at other retailers


Items purchased at department stores, boutiques or any other store selling Oliviers&Co Products cannot be returned to Oliviersandco.com.

 

Cancellation

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however please send us an email: customerservice@oliviersandco.com, and we will do our absolutely best to assist you.
