This artisanal vinegar with Kampot pepper is made on a base of red wine vinegar elaborated only in French oak barrels aged from 12 to 18 months.
With infused Kampot pepper, this unique vinegar develops lively and bewitching aromas. Its taste, very powerful but not pungent, reveals notes of resinous, flowers and vanilla.
Kampot pepper is grown in Cambodia and has a PGI and is recognised by the greatest chefs as one of the best peppers in the world, if not the best!
Associated with a beautiful olive oil, this original vinegar will enhance any products of the sea and especially all the cookings in "papillote".
