This year we have selected the Domaine du Grand Cedre to represent Provençal know-how! This perfectly balanced olive oil is marked by the strength of the Aglandau olive and the roundness of other olive varieties.

These Vintage Olive Oils are handpicked from the Mediterranean region by our olive oil expert, Alexandra Gauquelin. Each year, she tests over 300 olive oils, selecting only a few Grand Crus that meet Oliviers&Co’s quality standards.
