Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at customerservice@oliviersandco.com. 

Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing purchased items, shipping carrier charges and related overhead.

Items are shipped from our warehouse in Pennsylvania.
• Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
• If the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, your order may be delivered inside the entrance of the building, but not to your apartment door. 
• Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.
• Oliviers&Co will contact you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
• Shipping charges are calculated for each destination in your order. 
• We do not offer delivery on national holidays and Saturdays

If you have a P.O Box, DO NOT CHOOSE Standard Shipping, apply for Fedex Ground.

$6 Standard Shipping & Delivery

Items are shipped by USPS on behalf of Fedex SmartPost to arrive within 4-14 business days, during peak season (November and December), this delay may be up to 21 business days due to carrier delays. Oliviers&Co will not be responsible for shipping delay for orders shipped through Fedex.
For Holidays 2022: you must order by 12/5 with FedexSmartPostvto get your order on time for Holidays.

Flat Rate offer applies to destinations within the continental US. Offer not valid for shipping to Canada or International Destinations.

Shipping charges are added for each destination in your order.

Fedex Ground/Home Delivery

For Commercial destinations or faster transit times we recommend Ground Delivery.

Items are shipped by FedEx Ground and/or Home Delivery to arrive within 3-7 business days for most destinations.

At this time we do not offer Saturday or delivery on national holidays via FedEx.

Express Delivery

We offer express delivery by FedEx to most destinations.

Express orders received by 12 pm ET Monday through Thursday will arrive in 2 - 3 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm ET on Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday and will arrive in 2 – 3 business days from the date of shipment from our warehouse.
For Holidays 2022, you must place your order by 12/11 to get it on time for Christmas.

At this time we do not offer Saturday or delivery on national holidays via FedEx.

Overnight Delivery

We offer overnight delivery by FedEx to most destinations.

Orders received by 12 pm ET Monday through Thursday arrive within 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm ET on Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday, and will arrive within 1 – 2 business days from the date of shipment from our warehouse.

Free Shipping for Orders over $100

We offer Free Standard - SmartPost - Shipping for any orders over $100+.

This offers does not apply to International Shipping, Ground Shipping and Express Shipping.

$100 is the subtotal for products, after discounts and without taxes and any other handling fees.

Shipping Promotions

Offers apply only to standard shipping only for all orders placed on Oliviersandco.com that meet applicable promotion total amounts before taxes and after discounts. Valid for shipments bound to a single destination only within the United States. Gift cards, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement, and offer cannot be applied to such items. Ground Shipping, Express shipping, overnight shipping, and international surcharges still apply unless specifically denoted. No adjustments to prior purchases.
