The Siles Lopez family has been producing extra virgin olive oil for over 20 years in the heart of south-eastern Córdoba province, in the Sierras Subbéticas mountain range. The estate covers 140 hectares of olive groves, where century-old olive trees, some over 50 years old, stand alongside younger plantations.
The olives are crushed and cold-pressed, after which the oil is filtered and stored in temperature- and nitrogen-controlled stainless steel vats. The unique terroir, microclimate, mountainous terrain and the farmers’ expertise guarantee exceptional oils, recognised in all international competitions.
