RULES OF THE "DIGITAL ADVENT CALENDAR" CONTEST

The terms and conditions of the "DIGITAL ADVENT CALENDAR" contest (hereinafter the "Contest") are set out in these rules (hereinafter the "Rules"). Any violation of one or more provisions of the Rules may, at the discretion of the Organizing Company, result in disqualification of a Participant from the Contest.

Article 1: Organizing Company

OLIVIERS&CO Boutiques, SARL (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company"), registered in the French Trade and Companies Register under number 494.894.142, with headquarters at ZA de Pitaugier, Mane (04300), is organizing, between December 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, a contest without purchase obligation entitled "DIGITAL ADVENT CALENDAR" (hereinafter the "Contest").

 

Article 2: Contest Platforms

The Contest will take place from December 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, at 6:00 PM (CET) and will be announced on:

Article 3: Eligibility

The Contest is open to any individual of legal age (at the time of participation) residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica), who has an email address, a Facebook and/or Instagram account, and internet access. Employees of the Organizing Company, its service providers, retail points, and their immediate families, as well as any entity that directly or indirectly participated in designing, organizing, running, or managing the Contest, are excluded.

 

Article 4: Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to winners who meet all participation requirements. The prizes include:

  • 1 soy sauce (retail value including tax)

  • 1 Pressed Olive & Herbs from Provence (250 ml)

  • 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Greece

  • 1 Vinegar Delicacy “Champagne Recipe”

Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent nature and value, without entitling winners to any claim.

4.1 Prize Distribution

Winners will be contacted by phone or email within five (5) business days of selection and will receive confirmation within seven (7) business days after providing their contact details. Prizes will be sent by postal mail. Winners must provide accurate email and/or postal addresses. The Organizing Company is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

By accepting the prize, winners authorize the Organizing Company to use their name and surname on all known or unknown media, including the internet and social networks, solely to promote the Contest results, with no compensation other than the prize won.

The Organizing Company is not responsible for delays, losses, damage, or internet or email malfunctions during participation.

 

Article 5: Winner Selection

5.1. Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected on December 4, 11, 17, and 23 at 6:00 PM (CET) from the list of participants meeting the criteria in Article 3.

5.2. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of selection. If a winner (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within seven (7) days after the Organizing Company’s contact attempt; or (iii) declines the prize described in Article 4, the winner forfeits their rights to the prize, and a substitute winner will be selected by random draw. After confirming that winners meet all participation requirements, they will be officially declared "Contest Winners."

 

Article 6: Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these Rules. No inquiries (by email or phone) regarding interpretation or application of the rules, or regarding contest mechanisms, will be answered.

 

Article 7: Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Organizing Company is not responsible for issues related to internet connections, telephone communication, postal delivery errors, or other problems beyond its control occurring during the Contest.

Participants are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect their equipment and data from damage. Participation implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the limitations of the internet, potential data breaches or hacking by third parties, virus risks, and postal service risks.

7.2. If a winner’s contact information is unusable or they cannot be identified by name, postal address, or email, the Organizing Company is not obliged to locate them. No compensation will be provided.

7.3. If a winner explicitly declines their prize, it cannot be claimed later.

 

Article 8: Disqualification

Participants authorize verification of their identity, age, email, and address. Any participation that does not comply with these Rules, is incomplete, or contains incorrect information will be void. Fraud or attempts to manipulate the Contest, including the use of bots or other automated systems, are strictly prohibited.

The Organizing Company may exclude, suspend, or cancel participation if suspicious behavior is detected, such as automated response systems, multiple accounts from the same participant, unusual win patterns, attempts to hack servers, or other forms of cheating. Prizes for affected participants may be canceled, and legal action may be taken.

The Organizing Company may also cancel all or part of the Contest if fraud is detected. Participants must be able to prove compliance with these Rules. The Organizing Company’s liability cannot be engaged in such cases.

 

Article 9: Force Majeure

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Contest is canceled, shortened, extended, postponed, suspended, or its conditions modified. The Organizing Company reserves the right to extend the participation period.

 

Article 10: Intellectual Property Rights

Use of any elements protected by intellectual property or copyright, including trademarks, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Organizing Company.

The Organizing Company may share participant photos posted on Facebook and Instagram accounts in connection with the Contest, without compensation or benefit other than the prize if the participant wins.

 

Article 11: Governing Law and Disputes

The Contest is governed by French law. Any disputes regarding the interpretation of the Rules or cases not covered will first be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
