Ganga di Lupo is a young estate in Puglia, founded in 2017 by Luigi and Vito, aiming to produce a high-quality single-variety olive oil from the Coratina variety. To date, they have won more than 35 national and international awards, attesting to the excellent quality of their extra virgin olive oil made from the Coratina monocultivar.

The brothers grew up in their family’s olive groves, inheriting the agricultural know-how of their parents and grandparents. Their 25-hectare estate in Santo Spirito houses 6,000 olive trees, ranging from 50 to 500 years old! The two brothers integrate advanced technologies, such as weather sensors and an underground irrigation system, to manage water and resources sustainably. Aware of the climatic challenges, they prioritize environmentally-friendly farming practices.

Their approach relies on a complementary skill set: Luigi, an expert in agricultural sciences, and Vito, an engineer, apply innovations to improve the quality of their oil. Their vision is to educate consumers on the value of premium olive oil, the result of meticulous work and respect for the land. They are committed to combining tradition and modernity for sustainable and ethical production.
