Ghost Chili Sauce
- One of the hottest peppers in the world
- Well known for its extreme level of heat
- Very suitable for marinades
Make sure to use it in moderation!
Very spicy sauce prepared with Ghost Chili peppers, one of the hottest peppers in the world. Can be used as a sambal, but also very suitable for marinades. Because the heat does not immediately spread in the mouth (which is where its name comes from), it allows other flavors to come into their own.
Make a marinade of honey, vinegar, olive oil, and a drop of this sauce for chicken wings or steaks!
Ghost pepper chilies (32%), water, ghost pepper brine (vinegar, salt), onions, vinegar, cane sugar, sunflower oil, rehydrated garlic, salt, thickener: xanthum gum.
About the Ghost Chili pepper
The Naga Jolokia, also known as the Ghost Pepper, was listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the hottest pepper in the world. It has now been surpassed by another, but that does not make it any less hot! As an idea, it’s 400 times hotter than Tabasco.
