A concentrate of sunshine on your plate
Typical of the sun-drenched Alpilles region, this PDO Vallée des Baux de Provence olive oil is a real invitation to indulge. Made from olives picked at just the right moment of ripeness on white stone soils, it's seductive in its sweetness and fruity character, without the slightest hint of bitterness.
Unctuous and delicate, it reveals sublime aromas of melting pear, baked apple and an unexpected touch of vanilla, reminiscent of a golden crumble. Its round, sweet aromatic profile makes it an exceptional oil, ideal for lovers of sweet, fragrant oils.
Did you know? The legal acidity level for extra virgin olive oil must be less than 0.8%. This Oliviers&Co Grand Cru goes far beyond this standard, with an exceptionally low level of 0.14%. Our quality and traceability standards guarantee a fresher, more aromatic olive oil with preserved nutritional benefits. The polyphenol content at bottling is 168 mg/kg.
Ideal with a zucchini salad with Parmesan, roasted sweet potatoes, feta cream with pistachio, or even as a twist on mayonnaise, ice cream or chantilly.

L'Esperelle, a story of family and passion
Nestled between the communes of Paradou and Eygalières, the estate's olive groves are home to a wealth of typically Provencal varieties: Salonenque, Aglandau, Grossane, Verdale, Picholine... So many local olives offering subtle, complementary aromas.
A former master miller at Domaine de la Vallongue, François-Xavier Arnihac decided in 2019 to embark on his own adventure and founded L'Esperelle. A name steeped in history and emotion: in the past, his grandfather would announce “je vais à l'esperelle” (“I'm going to the esperelle”) when he went thrush hunting in the hills of Saint-Guiraud (Hérault). The word, derived from the Occitan dialect, was given to the family home where he grew up in the Aix-en-Provence region. Today, it's the emblem of his olive oil.
With patience, passion and a deep respect for the terroir, François-Xavier crafts perfectly balanced oils. The olives are harvested by hand during the day, then pressed at nightfall to preserve all their aromas. Every drop reflects a strong commitment to quality, the environment and authenticity.
