About This Recipe
This delicious jam is so good you'll eat it right off your spoon! This is an excellent replacement for ketchup - eat on burgers or on the side of your dish. Its sweet but not too sweet flavor will keep you craving more.
Ingredients

2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
At the market
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsbp fresh basil, minced
Directions
Prepare jam by combining tomatoes, sugar and Balsamic Vinegar in a small sauce pan and heat over medium.
Cook until tomatoes burst open, flavors meld then reduces into a jam, about 10 minutes. Stir in basil at end of cooking.
