About This Recipe

A chocolate, orange, pistachio and mascarpone dessert recipe, light, greedy and crunchy. Heaven!

Ingredients

1 tbsp Pistachio Suprême
Sabino Leone Olive Oil

At the market
3 tbsp Chocolate & Hazelnut Cream
8 dry chocolate biscuits
2 oranges
11fl oz very cold whole cream
1 tbsp mascarpone

Directions

Pour the cream in a bowl with the mascarpone and turn it into a whipped cream using an electric mixer. Reserve in the refrigerator.

In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate & hazelnut cream and the pistachio suprême.

Add 2 tbsp of whipped cream and 2 tbsp of olive oil until frothy. Put the bowl in a cool plat.

Peel oranges and remove the segments without leaving white membranes.

Divide the chocolate cream into six bowls. Add the orange segements and 1 or 2 tbsp of whipped cream.

Sprinkle with crumbled chocolate biscuits and serve chilled.
