Delicious Italian-style pasta, with the great taste of fresh basil. Ideal for a pasta party with family or friends.

14.10 oz spaghetti
17.60 oz ground beef
28.30 oz peeled tomatoes
7.05 oz tomato purée
2 small red onions
1.5 sugar cubes
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 glass red wine for cooking
Directions
Peel and slice the onions. In a large saucepan, add a bit of olive oil and sauté until golden. Deglaze with red wine, then add the sugar.
Add the minced meat and cook for about 5 minutes.
Then add the peeled tomatoes and tomato purée. Add 2 to 3 tsp of salt & herbs mix. Mix well and simmer over low heat for about 35 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Cook the spaghetti.
Once cooked, drain them and arrange on 4 plates. Pour over the alla Bolognese sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and finish with a generous drizzle of basil olive oil.
