Pomegranate Specialty Vinegar

2 cups cranberry or strawberry juice
1oz frozen strawberries, half thawed
1 bottle chilled champagne (or sparkling water if you prefer)
Whole fresh strawberries, for decoration
Directions
Blend frozen strawberries in blender with pomegranate vinegar until slushy.
In a tall champagne flute, put 1 ou 2 spoons of strawberries slushy, a bit of juice and top off with champagne. You may adjust the juice to champagne ratio according to your preference.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
