ORDERING & TRACKING

How can I check the status of my order?
Registered users have the ability to track their orders. To do so, simply click here to login to your account and click on My Orders. This section will let you see where your order is as soon as FedEx ships it. Most orders take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days to leave our warehouse, before being released to FedEx entering the shipping process. Additionally, all Oliviers&Co customers will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been received. When the order ships we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes the FedEx tracking number for your reference.

Which forms of payment does Oliviers&Co accept and are non-US credit cards accepted?
We accept the following credit cards and payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit cards must have a US billing address. Please note that oliviersandco.com is not currently able to accept credit cards that have a non-US billing address. To place an order over the phone, simply write to our address customercare@oliviersandco.com, including your phone number so our sales team can give you a call back as soon as they are available.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however write us to customercare@oliviersandco.com, and we will do our absolute best to help you.

Does oliviers & co. charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the following states: New York and Pennsylvania. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

I am having a problem completing my order
The ordering process may require pop ups to be enabled, please check your internet options. Also, please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information that your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that varies from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through. For any other problems, please send an email to customercare@oliviersandco.com.

Enter the promotional code in the space provided within the Oliviers&Co checkout page, prior to clicking the Place Order button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order and will not appear on a line item basis.

How much will it cost to ship my item?
Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased items, shipping carrier charges and related overhead. Please visit our shipping section for further details.

Does oliviers & co. ship internationally?
Unfortunately, oliviersandco.com does not ship outside the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada at this time.Oliviers&Co also has more than 85 boutiques worldwide, and and 7 international eCommerce websites accessible from the global footer of Oliviers&Co’s french website.

Do I need an Oliviers&Co account to make a purchase?
No, you may checkout without creating an Oliviers&Co account, log in as a guest. We recommend Oliviers&Co accounts for expediting the order process, which allows for the pre-population of address and billing information for future shopping experiences on oliviersandco.com. However, in order to redeem MY Oliviers&Co points through our Rewards and Loyalty Program, within the shopping cart, you will need to log into your oliviersandco.com account.

What is My Oliviers&Co?
MY Oliviers&Co is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to Oliviers&Co ’s loyal customers. Customers can enroll in our ‘MY Oliviers&Co ’ rewards and loyalty program at oliviersandco.com. Once you have enrolled in My Oliviers&Co, in order to verify, earn and redeem points online at oliviersandco.com, you will also need to create an account with a user name and password.

How does the My Oliviers&Co point system work?
When you have enrolled in My Oliviers&Co online, you are eligible to accrue points with each purchase made.* Once you reach the threshold of 150 points accrued, you’re able to begin redeeming or you can choose to continue to accrue points. Within the oliviersandco.com Shopping Basket, when logged in, you’ll automatically earn points with each purchase, while being able to redeem those rewards once you meet the 150 point threshold and in increments of 150 points**.

Please note that there is a maximum cap of 900 points to be redeemed in a single order.

*Loyalty points cannot be accrued on gift cards.
**Loyalty points cannot be redeemed towards sale items, gift cards or combined with any other offer. You cannot use a coupon code and use points towards your purchase at the same time.

When logged into your Account at oliviersandco.com, you are able to see your points throughout your shopping experience in the top navigation beside MY Oliviers&Co, when clicking on ‘the number of points’, you may click on this link which will bring you to your MY Oliviers&Co page within your account.

How do I order a gift?
Ordering a gift on oliviersandco.com is as easy as placing an order for yourself. Shop our curated Gift selection for our top gift recommendations or you may also build your own gift by adding items to your basket. Using our signatureOliviers&Co packaging we’ll make your gifts pop for an additional $5 per order. Any gift-wrapped order may also include a personalized message and gift receipt. Simply select the Gift Wrapping option during checkout and we’ll take care of the rest!

What does Gift Wrapping include?
When you select Gift Wrapping during Checkout, in addition to Oliviers&Co's signature packaging you’ll have the option to include a personalized message with your gift, and the recipient will automatically receive a discreet gift receipt (which excludes prices on the packing slip receipt) at no charge.

Can I purchase gift cards online?
YEs! You can purchase a gift card on our website and the code wil be nicely wrapped and emailed directly to the lucky person you are gifting it to. Clik here to purchase a git card.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return an item?

How can I exchange a gift I received?
Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value at time of purchase.
