A new creation Made in Provence, developed for Oliviers&Co, where the olive enhances the freshness of the flat-leaf parsley. Produced by simultaneously pressing olives and fresh parsley, this creation preserves all the aromatic intensity of the herb, as if it had just been chopped with a knife. Here, flat-leaf parsley reveals its green, clean and authentic flavour, carried by the mildness of the olive oil. Widely used in Mediterranean cuisine and more aromatic than curly parsley, flat-leaf parsley brings an incomparable vegetal freshness.
