The Siles Lopez family has been producing extra virgin olive oil for over 20 years in the heart of the southeastern province of Cordoba, in the Sierras Subbéticas mountain range. The estate covers 140 hectares of olive groves, combining ancient trees over 50 years old with young plantations.

The olives are crushed and cold-pressed, then the oil is filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks under temperature and nitrogen control. The unique terroir, microclimate, mountainous terrain, and experience of these farmers produce exceptional oils that are recognized in all international competitions.
