Ingredients

1 jar Fig Black Olivade
Flower Salt from Ebro Delta
Pepper
At the market
8 cured ham slices
5oz fresh goat's cheese
Directions
Lay 1 slice of cured ham flat. Spread the fresh cheese and olivade along the length of the ham. Season with salt & pepper.
Roll up the ham, making sure the filling doesn't overflow.
Prick the center with a toothpick to hold the roll in place.
Repeat with each slice of ham.
Chill until ready to serve. Serve with a salad.
