1 Lemon Olive Oil
Organic pesto verde

1 ball of burrata cheese
1 ball of mozzarella fior di latte
Grilled zucchini, thinly sliced
Roasted bell peppers
Red onions
Directions
Preheat your oven to 465°F.
Generously spread the basil pesto over your pinsa crust.
Top with the mozzarella fior di latte, grilled zucchini, roasted bell peppers, and red onions.
Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is beautifully melted.
Fresh out of the oven, finish with a drizzle of the lemon olive oil, the creamy burrata, and fresh basil leaves.
