Ingredients

Sweet Pistachio Spread
Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil

At the market
150g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 packet baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 egg
30cl milk
20g melted butter

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Heat a pan with a little olive oil. Pour a ladle of batter for each pancake. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Serve the pancakes hot, topped with pistachio spread.
