About This Recipe

A classic Provençal recipe featuring fish and flavorful vegetables, perfect with rice or boiled potatoes.

Ingredients

Summer Olive Oil
Lemon Specialty Vinegar
Salt & Herbs Mix for Fish

At the market
1 sea bream
4 tomatoes
2 onions
4 lemon slices
6 sprigs of fresh coriander
12 black or green olives
1 tbsp of capers
4 sprigs of thyme

Directions

Preheat oven to 356°F. Tie the sea bream with the lemon slices.

Slice the onions, cut the tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them in a rectangular dish. Place the sea bream on top.

Sprinkle with olive, capers and salt & herbs. Drizzle generously with olive oil and add 1 tbsp of lemon vinegar.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with basmati rice or potatoes.
