A recipe for spicy shrimps, perfect for adding a touch of the exotic to your daily routine!
Ingredients
At Oliviers&Co
2 tbsp Everyday Olive Oil
1 tbsp Honey & Ginger Specialty Vinegar
1 tbsp Kirmizi Mix
At the market
14oz prawns, cooked
1 red onion, finely chopped
10 cherry tomatoes
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
7fl oz water
Lime juice
Spicy Sauce
Directions
Pour water into a salad bowl and add lime juice, spicy sauce, honey & ginger vinegar and Kirmizi mix. Mix and add prawns and onion.
Slice tomatoes. Open avocado in half, peel and dice it. Add coriander. Mix with the shrimp preparation and adjust seasoning.
Divide into small bowls, drizzle with olive oil and serve chilled.
