Summer Olive Oil
Zaatar Mix
Salt from Camargue

4 Greek yogurts
1/2 Organic Lemon
Crushed pistachios
Directions
The day before, pour the yogurt into the centre of a clean cloth and place in a bowl. Close the edges to form a tight pouch and squeeze the yogurt. Once you get a compact ball, put it in a strainer, place it over a bowl and leave at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
After this time, collect the labneh, mix it with the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 pinches of Zaatar mix and salt.
Pour into a hollow dish, sprinkle with Zaatar, and drizzle with olive oil.
Finish with a few crushed pistachios.
