Moroccan Reserved Harvest Olive Oil
2.35fl oz Everyday Olive Oil
Zaatar Mix
Salt from Camargue
At the market
11oz flour
5flz oz warm water
2 tbsp dehydrated baker's yeast
Directions
Preheat oven to 392°F.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and yeast. Dig a well in the centre and pour the olive oil and warm water.
Mix the flour with the liquid, kneading with your hands until a consistent dough is obtained.
Cover with a cloth and put aside for 30 minutes. The dough should double in volume.
Place the dough on a floured work surface and divide it into four, the spread them out with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix the Zaatar with the remaining olive oil and spread over the dough.
Bake them for 8 to 10 minutes.
Enjoy hot or warm.
