An aromatic journey to the heart of Corsica
Produced on the Malersu family estate, nestled between sea and mountains in the Chiatra plain on Corsica's east coast, this exceptional oil is the fruit of ten years of passion and know-how. Recognized as a PDO, Corsican olive oil stands out for its exceptional quality. It is distinguished by its characteristic sweetness, aromatic richness and balance, reflecting the bewitching scents of the Corsican maquis warmed by the scorching sun.
This olive oil is as aromatic on the nose as it is on the palate! A real treat. It's ideal for enhancing Corsican ewe's milk cheese, chestnut flour bread or vegetables stuffed with Brocciu.
Did you know? The legal acidity level for extra virgin olive oil must be below 0.8%. This Grand Cru from Oliviers&Co far exceeds that standard with an exceptionally low level of 0.22%. Our quality standards and traceability ensure a fresher, more aromatic olive oil with preserved nutritional benefits. The polyphenol level at bottling is 329 mg/kg.

The Malersu estate, a love story of nature and tradition.
Letizia perpetuates the love of nature and olive trees passed on by her father. On Corsica's east coast, in the heart of the fertile Chiatra di Verde plain, the Malersu estate blossoms between sea and mountains, in a privileged environment bathed in sunshine and lulled by the sea breezes.
This unspoilt terroir is home to a family-run business where olive trees of the Ghjermana variety, emblematic of the Isle of Beauty, are cultivated with passion and respect for tradition.
Initially designed for family use, the estate has evolved without ever losing its soul. Today, it produces a fruity, generous PDO Oliu di Corsica extra virgin olive oil, deeply rooted in its terroir.
Each drop embodies the character of the Corsican maquis, while guaranteeing impeccable traceability, ancestral know-how and strict compliance with PDO specifications.
An exceptional oil, born of a place, a climate... and a family passion.
