Grapefruit Specialty Vinegar
Organic Orange Olive Oil
Salt from Camargue
At the market
4 yellow or white peaches
2 sweet and fragrant melons
1 tbsp lavender honey
7oz Brousse d'été cheese
Lemon half
Mint leaves, chopped
Directions
Cut the melon and peaches pulp into strips and place them onto six small plates.
In a bowl, mix the lemon half juice and 2 tbsp of grapefruit vinegar with honey. Add 4 tbsp of orange olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Arrange the drained and crumbled cheese on the plates.
Pour the sauce over and sprinkle with mint leaves.
