The Bruschetta Originale seasoning mix is a blend of dried herbs featuring dried tomato, garlic and oregano. This mix is often used on toasted bread or ciabatta bread, but it is also perfect to add the seasoning mix to pasta sauces, herb butter or marinades.
Bruschetta can be used as a dip or as a tapenade on bread. It is also tasteful with an extra topping like mozzarella or Parmesan cheese. But the seasoning is also extremely suitable for enriching your pasta sauce, with fish or meat, or for making delicious Italian herbal butter, spiced mayonnaise, marinade and many more other dishes. Also, a wonderful tip to vary: butter a piece of baguette with ready-made Bruschetta Originale and put some mature or old cheese on it, then gratinate it under a grill or in the oven.
