Moulin Saint Pierre Olive Oil: Based in Millas, a village located in the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees, cradle of the Catalan olive tree, the Planes Family has been cultivating the land for several generations.
It was Pierre Planes, a shepherd of sheep and goats, who acquired the Mas in 1955, giving it the name Moulin Saint Pierre. This estate, formerly surrounded by vines with its cellar in the center of the farm, was later planted of peach orchards before being totally devoted to the cultivation of olive trees by Monique and Joseph Planes. From now on, Manon and her brother Victor Planes perpetuate the tradition by being the seventh generation of Peasants. Still a Gold medalist at the General Agricultural Competition 2020 they have just confirmed the qualitative requirements of the production and elaboration of Olive oils from Moulin Saint Pierre.
